What is Sertrus2?
Sertrus2 is a crypto-powered penny auction platform. Sellers list real physical items. Bidders use Bid Points to compete. Every bid increases the price by a small increment and resets the timer. The last person to bid before the timer expires wins — usually at a fraction of the retail value.
How do I get Bid Points?
Bid Points are the currency used to bid on Sertrus2. You can purchase them in two ways:
💠 Option 1 — XRP via XUMM/Xaman Wallet
1. Install and set up the Xaman (XUMM) app on your phone
2. Ensure you have XRP in your Xaman wallet
3. On Sertrus2, go to Profile → Buy Bid Points
4. Select your Bid Points package and choose XRP payment
5. A payment request will appear in your Xaman app — tap Approve
6. Bid Points are credited to your account instantly after blockchain confirmation
◎ Option 2 — SOL via Phantom Wallet
1. Install the Phantom wallet browser extension or mobile app
2. Ensure you have SOL in your Phantom wallet
3. On Sertrus2, go to Profile → Buy Bid Points
4. Select your Bid Points package and choose SOL/Phantom payment
5. Approve the transaction in your Phantom wallet
6. Bid Points are credited after on-chain confirmation
Note: Bid Points never expire once purchased.

How does an auction work?
Each auction has a countdown timer. Every bid placed: (1) costs 1 Bid Point, (2) increases the auction price by a small fixed increment (e.g. $0.01), and (3) resets the timer. The last person to bid before the timer hits zero wins the item at the final displayed price.
What do I pay when I win?
You pay only the final displayed auction price — in Bid Points. No additional crypto or fiat payment is needed. The final price is typically a small fraction of the item's retail value. Once paid, the seller ships the item to your delivery address.
Are Bid Points refundable?
Bid Points used in bids are consumed and non-refundable, regardless of whether you win or lose. Unused Bid Points remain in your balance indefinitely. Please bid responsibly.
How do I become a seller?
1. Go to your profile and click "Become a Seller"
2. Complete seller verification
3. List your item with photos, description, starting price, and duration
4. Once approved by admin, your auction goes live
5. You earn Seller Points for every bid placed on your auctions

What are Seller Points and how do I redeem them?
Sellers earn Seller Points from each bid placed on their auctions. You can:
💸 Redeem for XRP — Go to Profile → Seller Points → Redeem → XRP. Enter the amount and your XRP wallet address. Processing takes 1–3 business days.
🔄 Convert to Bid Points — Instant conversion. Use them to bid on other auctions.

My Bid Points didn't arrive after payment. What do I do?
Wait up to 5 minutes for blockchain confirmation. Check your wallet transaction history to confirm the payment went through. If confirmed on-chain but Bid Points haven't appeared after 10 minutes, create a support ticket with your transaction hash and we will resolve it manually.
Xaman/XUMM gives an error — especially in India. Why?
Some regional network restrictions can affect Xaman payment requests in certain countries including India. Try these steps in order:
1. Update Xaman — Go to your app store and update to the latest version
2. Switch networks — Try switching from WiFi to mobile data (4G/5G)
3. Restart Xaman — Force-close the app and reopen it
4. Try a VPN — Some users in India resolve this by temporarily enabling a VPN
5. Wait and retry — Sometimes this is a temporary XUMM server issue
If none of the above work, create a support ticket and our team will assist you directly.
